How to pay?

Paying with credit card VISA, MasterCard:

  1. You can load your account here
  2. Always and only pay on our payment page. If not, your account may be blocked.
  3. To make the payment, you will be directed to an encoded EPOCH payment page.
  4. Don’t use the browser button “Back”. It is an incorrect action and can result in your account being blocked.
  5. If you have problems or questions regarding payment with a credit card, contact our customer support:support@bongacams.com


Payment via SMS:

  1. You can load your account here
  2. Choose the suitable package and country, if it is displayed incorrectly. If the list doesn’t include your operator or region, you cannot load your account via SMS at that moment.
  3. Carefully check the text of the message and the number where you send the SMS. Unfortunately we cannot compensate you if you send a wrong SMS.
  4. After sending the SMS, you receive a message with a generated code. Remember that generating the code and sending it takes time. Contact our customer support only when you haven’t received the code in 30 minutes after the moment of paying.
  5. The received code must be entered into the cell on the payment page. After that you account will be loaded!


Bank Wire Transfer:

  1. You can load your account here
  2. Fill all required fields, in details should be your account name (e.g. bonga1231).
  3. Carefully check all fillings, including beneficiary’s name and account before continuing. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds for this method of payment, so any credits can only be in Tokens.
  4. After you send the wire transfer, it will take 2-3 business days to process it and credit the tokens to your account.
